Voilà, c'est fait. J'ai même mis à jour les dates de concert, cela change sans arrêt chez eux ...

T. En effet, il doit rester chez lui pour suivre un traitement (une douleur qui est réapparue ...).
Il est remplacé par Brad Lang sur une partie de la tournée US.

[Brad] was gracious enough to step up to help us with less than 24-hours' notice. He's with us right now in Wisconsin, and is extremely proud and excited to be playing with Y&
T and helping out for Phil."

Je n'ai pas attendu ma réponse bien longtemps. Opération de la hanche pour Kennemore + cancer (de quoi???). Mais le docteur a dit que c'était opérable et soignable pour que mister Phil puisse reprendre sa vie de rock 'n roller. Croisons les doigts alors. :?

To all of my dear friends and fans around the world and on the forum,

Up to now you haven't heard much information (other than about my
extreme back pain) because there really hasn't been much until now. I
hated leaving you all in the dark but I didn't want to say anything
until there was something conclusive to say. We do have a lot more
information now. The number one thing you need to know is that I have
cancer. It wasn't absolutely formally diagnosed until yesterday.

With the bad news I also got the good news that along with surgery and
treatments, I will be back rockin' and rollin'. I'll be getting a hip
replacement as well as back surgery, which means I'll also be more
agile. The doctor said that this is treatable and I'll be walking out
of this place and I'll be able to go on the road and do everything I
need to do to continue my rock 'n' roll life, in due time.

I wanted to thank everyone for your well wishes. I've been sitting
here in the hospital reading all of the things that you've all posted
online, and I want you to know it means so very much to me to see how
much I am loved, supported, and missed. I can really feel the love as
I'm reading. I love reading your posts on the web site forum, and, in
fact, I need to hear it. From here on out, whatever thoughts and
feelings you have, please know that I wish that I could personally
respond to each and every one of you, but I'm not able to right now.

Brad--thank God for Brad! I'm so grateful that he stepped in to help
keep Y&
T on tour, bringing Facemelter to the people while I was
ordered to the hospital. Right now I think he's the best guy on
earth!

I'll be released from the hospital within three-to-four weeks,
continuing treatment, and at some point, I'll be returning to the
road. Keep the love and good vibes flowing. Do me a favor and go out
and see the band now--Y&
T is kicking serious ass--and I'll be back
rocking with you all soon.

Je viens de lire la chronique.
Pour un fan, il est un peu à la rue .
Il ne reconnait pas la voix de Dave Meniketti. II a dû faire l'impasse sur le DVD ou les prestations récentes du groupe ...
Il ose comparé Y&
T et Ratt au niveau des guitares ...
Blind Patriot : l'un des titres les plus punchy jamais enregistré par MINEKETTI et KENNEMORE (avec Squeeze de l'album Earthshaker).

Certe, ce titre est punchy mais il faut qu'il réécoute sa médiathèque Y&
T ... Par exemple : "
Goin' Of The Deep End"
sur l'album "
Ten"


A part cà, il aime pas mal de titres, d'autres sont sympa (pour lui seule la ballade "
If You Want Me"
n'est pas terrible) mais il est mitigé ...

Normal, j'étais au stand Rock Hard pour acheter un vieux numéro avec Dianno en couv et je tournais donc le dos à la scène ( enfin si je me souviens bien!!!!).

Alors truc , as tu chargé les batteries de ton appareil ??

Bon ... truc, tu fais péter la setlist, c'était facile à retenir , non?

Facile, facile, comme tu y vas. Contrairement à Phil, j'ai le dernier album mais ce n'est pas pour autant que je maîtrise les titres... Je fais au mieux mais il y a du retard à prévoir (la faute aux grèves...tous des faquins et des fainéants ).

Merci pour tout Phil. De toute façon, la seule chose que j'ai retenu c'est que Dave a dit "
see you next year"
à la fin du concert.

Et pour le boot, vu qu'à priori tout va se retrouver sur youtube et qu'il y a paraît-il des logiciels qui permettent de tout enregistrer et que Phil a un bon ami roi de l'informatique...

Je croyais avoir lu que tu avais la setlist .... en photo .
D'habitude j'arrive toujours à récupérer les titres sur des forums ou plus simplement sur setlist.fm, mais là rien ...
En tout cas, le principal : c'est d'avoir passé un bon moment.

J'ajoute que Dave nous a fait un petit bout de Hell or high water puis il a dit un "
truc"
du genre "
it's all that i remember"
. Il nous a fait aussi, accompagné de John et Mike seulement, le bassiste ayant eu l'autorisation d'aller boire du vin, Winds of change.
